We are all called to pray and to discern the vocation to which God is inviting us. The Church relies on strong, faithful Catholic families as the seedbed from which vocations to the priesthood and religious life may flourish. For this reason, we have established the Vocation Chalice Program.

Each week, a family—or an individual—will be entrusted with the chalice and invited to place it in a prominent and reverent location within the home. The chalice will be accompanied by a set of prescribed prayers for each day of the week (see below).

Todos estamos llamados a orar y a discernir la vocación a la que Dios nos está invitando. La Iglesia depende de familias católicas fuertes y fieles como el semillero del cual pueden florecer las vocaciones al sacerdocio y a la vida religiosa. Por esta razón, hemos establecido el Programa del Cáliz Vocacional.

Cada semana, una familia —o una persona— recibirá el cáliz y será invitada a colocarlo en un lugar destacado y reverente dentro del hogar. El cáliz irá acompañado de un conjunto de oraciones prescritas para cada día de la semana (ver más abajo).
